In order to establish what fit is best for you, we suggest you take your own measurements to establish the right size.
- Some products from our suppliers are advertised in ASIAN size. Asian size is 1 to sizes two sizes smaller than European, American & Australian sizing. Focus on the measurements you have taken and then reference them back to the suppliers sizing chart to establish your size. If you are not sure about the size, leave us message to let us know your HEIGHT, WEIGHT and WAIST, weāll give you advice.

How does shipping and delivery work?
Youāve made an order, the sun is shining and an angelic choir is singing in the background knowing yourĀ Le Bastille orderĀ is on its way - now what?
Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your Le Bastille order from the clouds and package it, so please allow up toĀ 72 hoursĀ for our team to pick and pack your order.Ā
Since we work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products, your Le Bastille order will then gently be sent via our global distribution centre, and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 7-15 business days** Australia.Ā (World orders within 20 days)
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey.
*Please note:Ā We send via signature required post to ensure safe delivery - if you opt for āAuthority To Leaveā yourself, we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.
**Please note:Ā all shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. How do I track my order?
Yay, time to celebrate ā itās on its way! After we pass your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a āTrack Orderā button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Havenāt received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order may be on pre-order, as confirmed on the website at time of purchase. Be sure to check your original order confirmation, you wonāt receive a shipping confirmation email until that pre-order date.
What isĀ covered shipping?
Although we try our very best, sometimes mistakes happen. Should your package have a delivery issue with Australia Post or any other delievery agentĀ (such as being lost or missing from delivery), we can lodge an enquiry to follow up on your package and find out whatās happened. If you purchase covered shipping, after our Australia Post investigation, if your item has been confirmed as lost or stolen, we will send out a replacement straightaway. If you choose not to purchase covered shipping, we are unable to guarantee a replacement for your stolen item.
Help, I think my order is lost/hasnāt been delivered?
Think your order might be lost in transit? Sometimes life happens and they arenāt able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ādelayedā delivery date.Ā
If your order isnāt delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post or the delivery agent.
*Please note:Ā For any queries or issues related to your Australia Post order, we recommend you first reach out to Australia Post directly. While we understand delays are frustrating, we are required to work within Australia Postās processes. Once you have contacted Australia Post directly, let us know and we can contact them on your behalf to try and resolve any issues ASAP.
Can I change my shipping address?
Oops, Le Bastille not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
If your order has been shipped, donāt panic! You can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.
*Please note:Ā We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

Le Bastille Returns & Exchanges Policy
We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can at LeBastille.Ā
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To obtain a refund you must meet these return policies:
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase Date
- Goods are in new condition
- Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
- Goods must retain all original labels and packaging
- Item was not purchased at sale price
- Item is not an accessory or undergarment
- This is your first return of the item in question

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
